Privacy Policy

PetPost (“we”, “us”) turns a pet photo into a digital sheet of stamps. We try to collect as little as possible to make that happen, and we delete what we don't need to keep.

What we collect

• The photo you upload and the pet details you enter (name, gender, optional vibe).
• Your email address, captured at Stripe checkout, used to send your stamps and order updates.
• Payment details — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic request metadata (timestamps, IP address) needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photo: deleted automatically 30 days after upload. The generated stamps remain available so you can re-download them.
• Generated stamps: kept indefinitely so you can come back to your order page and download again.
• Email + order history: kept indefinitely for delivery, re-download, and customer support.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Google (Gemini API) generates the stamps from your photo. Your photo is sent to Google's image-generation API.
• Resend delivers transactional email (order delivery, payment failures).
• Supabase hosts our database and file storage.
• Vercel hosts the website.

We don't sell your data. We don't use it for ad targeting. We don't train AI models on it.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep the site working (session, security). We don't use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can request to delete your account data at any time by emailing us. We'll remove your email, stamps, and any remaining photo within 30 days.
