By using PetPost, you agree to these terms. They're kept short on purpose.
What we provide
PetPost generates a digital sheet of 12 stamps from a photo of your pet, in the artistic theme you choose. Output is delivered as digital PNG files. Physical products are not offered in this version.
Pricing
$12 USD per sheet. Optional theme add-ons are $10 each. Prices are charged at checkout via Stripe.
Refunds
Because generation costs are incurred before payment and the output is shown to you before you buy, all sales are final. If the system fails to deliver your stamps, we'll refund you in full — email us and we'll take care of it.
Acceptable use
- Upload photos of pets only. Don't upload photos of identifiable people without their consent.
- Don't upload photos you don't have the right to use.
- Don't use PetPost to generate misleading, defamatory, or unlawful imagery.
- Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or overload the service.
We may decline service or remove content that violates this section.
Your rights to your stamps
You may use the generated stamps for personal, non-commercial purposes (print at home, share on social media, gift to friends). For commercial use (selling them, reselling on merchandise, using them in paid advertising), please contact us first.
Our rights
PetPost — the brand, site, prompts, and visual system — belongs to us. The underlying image generation is performed by Google's Gemini API; we don't train models on your photos.
AI output disclaimer
AI-generated imagery is inherently unpredictable. Likeness may vary; occasional results may include artifacts or unintended details. Each sheet generates 12 stamps so you have variety to choose from. If something is meaningfully wrong with your sheet, contact us.
Service availability
PetPost is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and aren't liable for downtime, third-party API failures, or data loss outside our control. Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
